CNA

Position Summary:Provides direct patient care services to a select group of patients, responsible in identifying or supervising a patient’s location at all times. Responsible for ensuring patient is free from harm to self, other patients and staff.  Assist patients with dressing, bathing, feeding, ambulation, and toileting needs as directed. Provide an effective and positive role model and constructive feedback to patients.  As an active part of the treatment team assists patients by providing continuous client care, supervision, interaction and role modeling.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences Required:  Certification from an accredited CNA program.  Minimum of one (1) year of patient care experience in a geriatric or psychiatric healthcare facility preferred.

Schedules: 7a to 3p, 3p to 11p, 11p to 7a – please indicate preferred shift
