Cedar Crest: Services and Programs
 Cedar
Crest offers a range of programs for children and adolescents who suffer
from emotional illness or "dual diagnosis" (both psychiatric and chemical
dependence problems). From short-term, crisis-oriented acute hospitalization
to longer, residential treatment, to outpatient follow-up and counseling,
we treat youngsters who have a variety of needs. Family involvement is
a key component, as a goal of treatment is to strengthen the family as
a whole and to prepare the patient, parents, and siblings for a successful
return home.
