Cedar Crest respects the right of privacy of all our clients. Confidentiality is observed and protected at all times.

INSURANCE
Information concerning insurance and billing is obtained during the first visit. We will file your insurance claim for you as a courtesy. If you have any questions regarding your account, please feel free to ask our office staff for clarification. Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time services are rendered. We accept most major insurances, including Medicaid and Tricare.

PRESCRIPTION DRUGS
Medications may be prescribed for your child as a part of treatment. To receive a prescription refill without delay, we ask that you call our clinic office staff at least seven days in advance.

APPOINTMENTS
We see clients primarily through appointments that can be made by calling (254) 519-4162. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours and weekend appointments are also available upon request. We require a 24-hour notice of any appointment cancellations.
